I’m Sarah, and ukpodiatrists.co.uk is something I’ve wanted to build for a while.

A lot of that came from time spent working as a receptionist at a podiatry clinic — a job that turned out to be far more educational than I expected. Watching what a good podiatrist can do for someone, and how much of a difference the right information makes before people even get through the door, stuck with me.

This site exists because I wanted to build something useful: a directory that makes it straightforward to find a qualified podiatrist near you, alongside practical foot health guides written in plain English. I noticed there was room for a resource that took the subject seriously — and I wanted to see whether I could build something worthwhile and make it sustainable along the way.
